Upon board approval we conduct due diligence (data room collection, deep dive questions, expert calls, second opinions)
Instrument selection
Upon a second board approval, we jointly decide on the best financial instrument for your project and stage.
Investor matchmaking
If your roadmap requires more funding, we facilitate investor matchmaking, help search for co-investors or grants.
Closing
If we are all good to go, we sign, celebrate and build on.

Humanity has only sequestered 0.1% of the 10 gigaton needed to restore a healthy planetary balance by 2050.

Early stage climate ventures that could help solve that issue, don’t easily fit into IRR-models & investment periods.

Philanthropy is a known accelerating force for major societal issues. Yet only 2% of philanthropy goes to climate mitigation.
The gaps between these grim realities and the required actions, call for bold ventures – and even bolder funding. That’s why we chip in for climate ventures and system trailblazers others won’t dare to touch –yet.
We stress test any novel, science based carbon approach as well as bold activities intended to improve the carbon ecosystem. We support them. Derisk them.
And invite others with deep pockets to come take a walk on the green side with us.
